I wish I could speak another language...

In addition to English...not instead of.

Anyway.

Super Tuesday is over. But there's still political talk everywhere. I'm guessing it'll be like this for the next several months. Too bad we are still IN THE MIDDLE OF A WAR WHERE MEN,WOMEN, AND CHILDREN ARE DYING. But let's talk about what Hillary wore last night instead. It really gets to me that we'll be spending the next 9+ months being inundated with presidential election hubub. Let's just move the election up a few months. Everyone already knows who they'll support. We don't even need to have the conventions--we can just leave everyone on the ballot that's still in it. It would totally work. It would.

I voted for Obama (what up, Bri!). I could support Hillary too.

It's finally sunny here! I was such a good mom yesterday and took Lilly on a long walk and to the park. She hated the whole thing. I think she was still tired (short nap), so she really didn't appreciate it. She did like watching the other kids at the park though.

Our local polling place. Her shirts says, "Babies for Obama"

Swinging

She's all over the place with her crawling. If I look down, she's usually at my feet, trying to pull herself up using my legs, or my sweats, or lately, my leg hairs I've neglected to shave.

What I see most times I look down

I bought her that Obama shirt like the day she was born. I knew it would come in handy.

I'm going to have to up my meds to combat the horrible anxiety I will no doubt be feeling the next 2 months.

p.s. Absentees KILLED us in CA. Thanks a lot. (Not you, I mean CA in general)

Okay, I love the shirt. I want one. But not "babies". Maybe girls. Or New Yorkers. Or something.

Dad has a very interesting take on why Obama didn't win in Ca and some other states - and I think it makes sense. So many of the young people that rally around Obama and wave their signs and sing his praises, are in fact, not registered voters. His prediction was even supported on TV last night on MSNBC. Very interesting.

Wha? Did Lilly's hair suddenly have a growth spurt? Suddenly she has a head full of hair. She's cute. And I sort of want a bugaboo everytime I see her in it...

Love her shirt too. Way to go Bri.

Can I just say... I am so glad Brittany Spears is going crazy so that we have something to get our minds off of these indian gaming ads... quite frankly..I don't think anyone is hurting too bad being as though BOTH sides could afford ads during the super bowl???

Up here in Canada the presidential race is getting so much coverage, too which I think is a little funny.
