Juice was here this past weekend. He's Rauzon Media's new CFO. It's the most awesome thing ever.
He has spent hours and hours and hours of his own time to make our lives better (easier!).
We owe him. Big time.
The plan is to get organized, get out of debt, and then go in on a beach house with the siblings. This is real. You should say something. A beach house! And it's not that far away--it just means I may be staying away from the mall for a while.

Oh, the internet. For some reason, it's much easier for me to abstain from online purchasing than in store buys. I don't know why. Probably the instant gratification thing.
Things are going to be super tight until Delaware. Just focus on that beach house for the short-term and the future Ventura beach house for the long-term.

it'll be on a california beach somewhere before 2018... and hopefully the coastal commission here doesn't make it impossible for us to have a little shack near a beach in california. fascists at the ccc.
