Most of all, I love my family.
And my friends.
And, my iPhone.
And my Asics 2140's. We spent half a day this weekend trying to find every pair of 91/2's we could. They are my favorite shoe and they have been marked down (and maybe discontinued/changed). We managed to find two pair that are now sitting safely in my closet until my current pair wears out. I love it. It might be a little bit ridiculous and a lot excessive, but it was necessary, I think.
I also love sunny days in the dead of winter. We had another fabulous weekend and it was filled with so much sunshine, I could hardly stand it. We spent hours at the park and outside. We wore the kids out...not something that is so easy to do when they are stuck inside all day.
We are leaving on Thursday for Orange County, so our week will be quick. We are going to celebrate Caleb's first birthday with cousins, Disneyland, and hopefully, MORE sun! We are counting down the hours!

(She's sort of driving me crazy with her tantrums and her whining, but when's she sweet, she's oh so sweet. She took a break for awhile, but she's back to answering questions with "Oh, of course!")
(Man, this kid kills me. He's just the best. He's been fighting a cold all week and running a fever, but he's still as happy as a clam. He loves to sing and he loves to climb stairs)
(Soaking in the last of the sunshine)

What a great weekend! I could roll around outside in the sunshine it feels so good. We didn't spend nearly enough time outside though because everyone here is sick too, and we had a big birthday party in honor of my mom which was a LOT of work... and Bob had a weekend with the horse racing Gods. So it goes. SO JEALOUS of your weekend in Orange County with Mickey and family. Take lots of pictures! Can't believe how fast time flies. Baby Cal...
Beautiful photos Jen!
I tried leaving Asics for a while - tried Mizuno and New Balance. Silly. Asics are the best. Find the one's you like and stick with them.
We are soaking in all this sun to. We've been outside non stop. It feels like Spring!
