I'm in a total taco/quesadilla/nacho phase right now. I can't get enough of them. But, I only want them homemade and so that means that I have to do the work to enjoy them.
I made tacos the other night and they were good. I had to run to the store to get some ice cream and so I told Ryan to just leave everything on the counter and that I would put it all away when I got back (I had made extra so I could have them the next day).
He was on his blackberry when I was telling him this, so I shouldn't have been surprised to come home to a spotless kitchen. And no leftovers. He dumped everything. But, he did clean the kitchen.
I'm not going to lie...I was a little bummed.
They were so pretty, I took a picture.

Those look GOOD Jen. I've been meaning to comment on this, but always seem to be one handed (nursing) when I'm on here reading...
I'm so obsessed with quesadillas ever since I had Chloe. Like, I have one everyday for lunch (almost). They're so good.
