My friend Barb has fallen in love with a beautiful home in her neighborhood. I walked through it with her over this past weekend and now I'm in love with it too. 1132 7th Avenue.
We might have to brawl over it, but since it's over a million dollars, I'm dropping out. That's one fight (and bidding war) I won't be winning!
But, it got me all excited to take care of the house I do have and to be grateful for what I have today...maybe I can have a kitchen with crackled white subway tile in the future.
I did get an awesome new fan for downstairs and my lovely lighting over-achiever friend, Mindy, came over and installed it for me--it took her 45 minutes. Amazing.
