I don't know when it started, but I've been getting the popcorn combo at Target for years now. I think my mom started it back in the 90's, actually. I blame her.
But in her defense, Target popcorn really is delicious. And when you pair a perfectly perfect fountain drink with it? And then TARGET itself, life can't get much better.
It had been a while since Lilly and I had hung out at Target, so we went today and had a grand time.
In other news, I'm anxious for the election. Not because I want the political dialogue to stop (I do), but because I want my husband back. I miss him...a lot. We go through this every election year, but I forget how bad it really is. 11 more days!

Ok, I totally remember this. Mom would always buy us popcorn and a drink..sometimes nachos. I love how we consider going to Target a special outing. You know, I used to go to Target every week. Not so much, anymore...
I still do that when I go to Target. But it's not quite the same without my daughters with me secretly throwing random stuff in the cart!

Jen, you don't know me, I am a friend of Missy and know Ryan. Our daughters are close in age and I laughed so hard at this post. We have to get the combo as well, excpet I add a small drink for Betty to have. Even if I just ate, the minute we walk in, my girl will say eat and point to the popcorn! Sadly I go to Target atleast 1x a week, so I am sure walking down some aisles, does not counteract all those calories!! If you are ever in Dallas, we'll go together.
