Milestones and illnesses...

Lilly and Juice--these two are perpetually sick.

Things are a bit hectic around here lately. We are having the entire condo painted and all three of us have a nasty cold. Lilly has been sick since Thanksgiving. What's up with her getting so many colds? No one told me that once you have kids, you'll also have a cold nine months out of the year.

I haven't been to the gym but more than a handful of times since we got back from Thanksgiving and it's driving me crazy. I'm craving our regular routine, but when Lilly's sick, there is no routine.

On a more positive note, Lilly's first tooth is poking through. It's funny to feel it and to wonder what she will look like with little teeth. She's going to look so different without her gummy smile. She's also on the verge of crawling. I'm not sure how I feel about this. Soon, she'll be mobile and while I'm excited for her to reach this milestone, I'm worried about my sanity through it all.

The paint should be done by Wednesday and then I can put things on the wall--finally. My husband will be so excited to have things on the wall. He's been begging me to put things up since we moved in, BUT, I couldn't. He didn't understand why. I had my reasons.

I'm aware this is a boring post.
