Home at last...

What a trip. We had a great holiday, but it feels like we've been gone forever. We spent the week of Thanksgiving in Salt Lake City with Ryan's grandparents, and then headed down to Orange County to hang out with his parents for a few days. Lilly was a trooper and managed to fend off her inevitable head cold until a few days ago. She's now sneezing up a storm and I'm having to suck out her nose every few hours--something she really hates.

Some of the highlights of our trip included:

-Visiting with Ryan's sister Kelly and her husband John. They live in Park City and have the most adorable little boy named Phillip who was making Lilly giggle. She loves kids and Phillip was pure entertainment.

-Playing back door bridge with Ryan's grandparents every night.

-Getting some great hang out time with Ryan (in between conference calls--the work is relentless).

-Celebrating Missy's birthday with the whole family.

-Pizza on the beach and then heading over to The Ritz to see the lights and the amazing gingerbread house. The Ritz Carlton really knows how to do Christmas...they are not joking around there. The lights were beautiful and it's not like the place isn't amazing to begin with.

-Going to Disneyland for the 2nd time this month! This time we went at night and enjoyed all the Christmas decorations and the parade! I've been to Disneyland more this month than I've been in my entire life. We are the proud owners of annual passports--an early birthday gift from Ryan's parents. Love it.

We had a great trip, but we are really looking forward to a quiet Christmas. No more airplanes for us--for at least a few weeks.

Celebrating Missy's birthday!

Because I know you and sort of know Missy I was thinking I know all about your husband's family (the kids seem very close) but I am not sure I knew there was another sister in Utah.

Did you ever end up getting your hair done in Utah?

What's up Anon? We love the Olsen family.

Good wrap up Jen - you guys have been travelling a ton so I'm sure that Christmas will be nice. Sometimes that even makes staying home even better...I'm still hoping to get up there for New Years (we'll see). Lilly is adorable.

Love the photos of Philip and Lilly. It's so fun seeing grandkids together.

Jen, it's Kellie. Like Kellie Fullmer. Kellie Bartz spells her name w/ the -ie.

Or I've been wrong for years.
