I started boot camp at my gym this past Monday.Man oh man am I out of shape.
Shelbi is our trainer and she's hard core. So hard core. The sessions are an hour long on Mondays and Wednesdays for the month of August. We'll see if I'm still standing at the end of the month. Although I've been working out for the last few months on a regular basis, I'm apparently not doing enough. Or it's not working.
All I know is that after two sessions with Shelbi, I'm hurting.
All over.
In a good way though.
