And the Whirlpool man as already had to come out. My washer and dryer are brand new, top of the line, and too technologically advanced for their (or my) own good.
The repair guy had to reset the computer.
He didn't even come with a tool belt--only some tech gadgets that he plugged into the back of the machine that helped him diagnose the problem.
No sign of a screwdriver or a wrench.
