Nana's house...

(my brother)

My brother is a nice guy, so I'd thought I'd post a picture of him and Lilly.

There's something about being at my parents house that makes me lazy. I don't know what it is, but whenever I visit, I really only want to lounge on the couch.

Lilly agrees. She's so much more relaxed here.

Lilly and I came up yesterday so we could hang out for a few days while Ryan was working in S.F. It's nice to have an extra set of hands and my mom is fun to hang out with.

So, whatever it is that makes us tired here is in full effect. Lilly is asleep in her swing (the same swing she won't stay in for five minutes as home) and I'm getting ready for a nap too.

In condo news...

The homebuilder "accidentally" put beautiful, 12x12 tiles everywhere there was supposed to be vinyl in the condo and they can't charge us! So, as a result of their poor communication we got $6,000 worth of tile for free! I got an upgrade without even knowing it. Now I'm hoping they "accidentally" put in granite counter tops, but I don't think I'll be so lucky. I'm excited to go over later in the week and see what it looks like.

My blogging is lacking lately. I'm not motivated to blog and I'm finding it hard to find time to update. But, I need to keep it up though so as not to forget how to write. Now that I'm not teaching (or working) I don't want to forget when to use commas or how to spell.

Wow what a great "accident" in your condo, I truly must come visit once you have moved in. When will that be, BTW?

Oh Chris, you still are so adorable!! Can we get married? Please??
That is a good accident, let us know when you move!

Wow, Chris is such a grown up! He looks sweet holding your baby girl. I guess he's next?
You seem to be adjusting to motherhood very well. Congrats! Don't worry about not teaching---you are doing something so much more important--and this time of year the kids are just crazy with Spring Fever, so you aren't missing a thing (I intentionally used a run on sentence so the teacher in you could notice my errors!). Enjoy your lazy days in Redding. I hope the sun is shining for you and your family.
