Blogging about Snow Patrol and London reminded me of Danna. I met Danna in London--the very first day we were there. She was quiet. I don't know what it was about us, but we were drawn to each other. We became inseparable during our stay in England. If one of us was around, the other one wasn't far away. We were bunk mates and best friends on that trip. We were known as the "Olsen twins" because we had the same last name. Funny. She is a superb artist and I don't get to talk to her (or see her) as much as I should. Why do I have so many cool friends that live so far away from me? Why? Anyway, I'm calling her--she's the greatest.

And then there's the others. I met some of the greatest people during my time in London. If you look closely, you'll probably recognize someone you know in the group. We were so young and inexperienced! Who would have guessed that we'd be married with babies or babies on the way, just a short 3 years later...
I could go on and on about London experiences, but I won't. It was, hands down, the smartest thing I've ever done (besides marrying Ryan).

hurray for London! What is danna up to these days?
That bunk picture is pretty sick of me, but I don't mind you posted it because it brings back so many funny memories, particularly ones that occurred right in that very room.
Jen,
This is Erin Oakeson/Shaha from the SA days. Heid has connected me to your blog, I hope you don't mind. So fun to see the group pic, we really did have such a blast. I heard that Danna was working at Nordstrom in Provo so I always try and find her when I pass through but to no avail.
Congrats on your upcoming baby, that will be so fun for you guys and I would defintely go with the PJ pants.
Much love,
Erin Oakeson Shaha
Hi Jen!
This is Kristen Lamprecht (Gough) and I guess I'll take a cue from Erin and admit that sometimes I read your blog without you knowing it... Anyways, I just wanted to wish you the very best with the new baby (LOVE the name Lilly by the way)and agree that London was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Last night I actually made Tina's banana dessert and on Saturday I wore the Wagamama's shirt I'm wearing in your picture to clean the bathroom. What can I say? I get very nostalgic for our fabulous days in London...
Love Kristen Lamprecht Gough
