I guess I'm nesting.
I don't know. It might just be because I have nothing better to do, but I'm finding it imperative that all things have an appropriate place. As I find these places, the objects that are already being housed there must be reorganized. This whole process is really annoying me.
Once again, something I saw on Oprah yesterday inspired me. Nate redesigned a woman's 250 sq ft. Manhattan aparment. That's right, 250 square feet. That's tiny. The woman who owned it however, was so grateful for it. She was happy and pleasant and genuinely proudl to own a little piece of Manhattan--even if it was no bigger than most Californian's walk-in closets. Nate and Oprah (ironically) talked about how we really don't need much to live well. We need a roof over our heads, four walls, and to feel safe and secure. It was a fascinating show.
Everytime I watch an HGTV show or see a photo in a magazine that depicts small, city living, I'm in awe. I'm not sure I could do it. I'd like to think I could, but I just don't know. I think you have to know nothing else--you have to have grown-up in a similiar environment. Maybe I'd love it. Who knows. Living in a metropolitan city would be pretty cool.
Anyway...I'm into organizing and cleaning these days. Not so much to ward off the germs, but because I like how it looks when things are put away. I mean, getting rid of the germs is cool too.
I'm on the hunt for something to put our towels in--some sort of wicker storage thingy. I don't have room for them in any of our closets.

I am sure you know this but Ikea has tons of Wicker baskets.
I am already an organization freak and if the whole nesting thing is true I don't know how I cen get any worse once I am pregnant than I already am.
HGTV is the greatest show. We don't get it now, but I used to watch it in Provo when we got free cable. 250 square ft. is small. I think that's about the size of our garage. How do you fit a kitchen, bathroom and living quarters in that? Hmm...
Good luck organizing. When can we start making guesses on the due date? When is your due date acutally?
