I started The Crucible with my juniors today. I had them get in a circle and we did a sort of reader's theatre type thing. It went well, but, as usual, I was way more into the play than they were. We'll see how they on their Act I quiz tomorrow!
Going back to school today was strange. I was so tired as a result of not sleeping well. My body is just so large and awkward. Everytime I move, I wake myself up. Plus, this baby decides to get its exercise just as I'm about to call it a day. It moves ALL NIGHT! Weird. So, school. It was strange to be back. Everybody, teachers and students included, seemed pretty out of it. I think we were all a little shocked with our new schedules. I had some serious sleepers today--more than usual--and a few who I had to REALLY shake to wake up. One kid was drooling all over himself. I told him not to touch anything.
I stopped by Nordstrom to pick-up a refill of my favorite make-up stuff on earth (see above). I'm not usually a big MAC person, but I LOVE this stuff. It smells so good and it does something to wake me up--to make me feel complete. Try it. I bet you'll like it too.

Jen, what is that stuff? Is it lotion or perfume or what? I'm really clueless when it comes to makeup. I was thinking that I need to get into it more because it might help me look better. Next time we're together will you take me to Nordstrom for some makeup lessons?
Ditto on Meggan's question.
What is it?
It's this mist you spray on your face before you put on your foundation or powder. It has all kinds of vitamins in it--but I really like the way it smells. It's supposed to help your make-up look less cakey and more natural. I'm sure water would do the same thing, but that's too boring.
Megg and Missy--Neither one of you needs make-up, and you certainly don't need foundation. You're naturally pretty. I need a little help with the pinkness I have going on.
Oh, I need foundation alright. I just don't have the slightest clue how to pick one out or how to put it on. Please help my poor soul, Jen.
Jen- first time I've stopped in for awhile- I'm a newborn blogger this year. I'm never bored on your blog and this conversation going on above is awesome! When is the baby due? That's so exciting. I want a baby but Jordan says we can't have one until we can afford to feed it. I guess that's a good idea. Lots of Love- Cassi Allred
