Whatever attacked the Kofford's intestines and made life miserable for them over Christmas, came looking for me.
It found me.
And it wasn't pretty. I'll leave the details out, but I will say that I haven't vomited like that in years. Not even with this pregnancy.
Gross.
But, it's over.
I hope no one I've been around the last week or so comes down with it. It's nasty.
Ryan is addicted to his new flat screen hd tv and his Xbox 360. He's in love. My parents and sister, Brianne, were here for a few days and Ryan and Bri spent most of the visit playing FIFA 2007--the soccer game. They were way into it. Way.
We saw Babel today. It was such a depressing movie. Good, but depressing. I still want to see The Queen, The Good Shepard, and Holiday.
We had a great Christmas with the Rauzon's. We missed Meggan and Dylan on Christmas day, but we did get to hang out with them on Christmas Eve--the day before the sickness came to grab Megg.
It's now New Year's Eve and Ry and I are enjoying our day. No big plans tonight--maybe some fireworks downtown. Sacramento does a pretty good job with them, actually.
Still pregnant. 28 weeks.

Oh Jen, I'm so sorry you got sick. It's the worst, huh? I seriously couldn't even get out of bed. I had been looking forward to hanging out for weeks and I didn't have any energy at all to even think about what I was missing out on. Anyway, sorry to have passed it along to you. Hope Ry doesn't get it too.
Were you throwing up every 1/2 hour for like 12 hours straight?
don't feel bad jen, the sickness bug has been after me for two weeks now. I have resorted to two doctors (the priveleges of teaching is the health insurance)and neither of them can come up with why I seem to mysteriously get stuffed up every day, out of the blue?? It is a mystery I am about done with, I spend new years on my couch, not being able to breath! Talk about fun! I am making plans to see a nose specialist this week.. I have had it with this illness that has plagued my vacation!
