Ryan always steals the pictures I want to post...

Ryan has his own blog now and he often beats me to the latest news. We did go to the Sacramento Temple open house last night and it was nice. My mom, dad, and grandpa all came down for the tour and we had a nice night, complete with Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream from Baskin Robbins.--my favorite. The temple is small, but very pretty. I was a bit disappointed in the landscaping, but the tour guide said that they had put the grass down during the heat stroke we had a few weeks ago. Clearly. The grass was brown. But, I did like the fact that they kept the integrity of the local landscape and didn't cut down any of the giant oak trees nearby. It definitely has a very foothills feel.

I'm still pregnant and I'm still very gassy. I feel like I spend all of my days laying on my left side. I'm trying to watch my diet so I can figure out how to make it stop, but all my books say it's normal and I just have to deal. Fine. I've come to the conclusion that I'm someone who is very in-tune with her body. I know when I don't feel "normal" and I'm pretty bad at being uncomfortable--I can feel every little thing and I whine when I don't feel right. It's going to be a long 7 months...gear up.

We are off to Ryan's family's house this afternoon. We have a nice little drive ahead of us, but Ryan has just recently installed our XM radio thingy in our car, so that will be great. We are big fans of satellite radio. If you travel a lot, it's a must.

More family fun to come...
